What is the Bond going to be used for?

The bond is paying for things like new lights and ceilings at Village Elem. There is nothing that needs fixing, it seems wasteful to replace it all.
Also, why security locks on the doors. What happened that alarmed the schools need for these expensive items. What are our fees paid to the Hartland fitness and aquatic center used for. I thought those fees were to pay for upkeep, not tax dollars. My vote is no.

What about transportation. Is there a way the money can be used for efficiancy upgrades to help lower the operations cost. Then the money saved in operations cost, could be used for balancing their budget.

Oh no! I love the ceilings at Village. There are panels that have been decorated by classes in the past - they're wonderful!
