Why dont they lien the criminal? Instead of letting victims recover, the state will go after your assets. Now to get state aid,I have to be fingerprinted like a criminal. They will lien my home for what they "give" me until I can get social security. Im trying to work instead of taking their handout,so Im getting into debt with taxes and cant get services unless I stop working-except then they will lien my home. Fighting the vultures off has me drained to nothing. The state is heartless towards crime victims and disabled residents-lets criminals go free so Im afraid to walk the streets the criminals and their friends control. Dont they realize that sanity is an asset? Help people recover and maybe they can return to normal life?! Instead you get stoned to death.

There is no kindness left. The state of Ct.has criminalized poverty. I just saw the head of DCF, Joett Katz admit as much on CTN.!Other state give needed services without bullying people. It costs less because less paperwork pushed around.14,000 people are negligent parents because there is no work and only low paying jobs here. People cant get jobs because they then have a DCF record. I couldnt believe what I was hearing. Maybe they should take some $ from the DCF and put it in jobs training and education like they were supposed to(its federal jobs money the state took and use to fund DCF! illegaly?)Take some more and give more services with less hassle to get them.

The kids from the school that was the latest one the state did finally close tell a sad story. Other people I know who were in foster care were sexually abused when in. The state thought they were better than my friends mother to take care of her. Her mom was great-smart and sweet-but she was a Buddhist in the 1970's-not acceptable to some crazed pencil pushing bureaucrat/social worker Nazi. Why dont they investigate those people-they do much more harm to people -trying to shove them into the mold and force them act like them-"normal".They cant accept differences then abuse people who are different. Isnt that a mental disorder?

Poverty is not a crime-Old people here have no electric-no heat being found dead in their cold dark houses-the TRUTH about the state. Funding now cut-deaths on governors head + CL&P (CL&Profits over people)Solar panels should be given to those people, then they can afford luxuries like FOOD
