It has been tried and tried again. Please choose a new tactic. boycotting DOES NOT WORK.
It doesn't work because not enough people do it. In the mean time, I'm still not pulling over at an Exxon or Mobil. I'll be the guy smiling and waving to the suckers at Mobil when I'm next door at Fast Freddie's paying 10 cents a gallon less for the same thing.

I don't have any friends. Everyone hates me.

Do you think it's because I'm a midget?

It's not the same. If you want to save a dime by using that crap, go right ahead.

What's your BETTER IDEA then, Teddy boy?
Never mind, I'll just watch you keep taking it up the ass at the pumps. Hope you enjoy those $5 gallons you'll be paying by July.
What do you have a Stash of gas that you bought for less? How are you not going to pay $5 a gallon when everyone else is also. We will all ”take it up the ass” together.
Here is a suggestion why don’t we push for more solar and wind power in on the east coast? Then every house for mile would not have to depend on oil to heat there homes. How about we start drilling for oil in out on Country. We have more untaped oil in this Country than in all of Saudi Arabia. Matter of fact we have more oil sitting under the ground in North Dakota than all of Saudi Arabia. If this Iraq war is only for oil than why are we not taking it to payback dept. How about you Jimmy boy have any suggestions?

Hey Dumb/as/s, did I SAY I had "a stash of gas"?? I'm not going to pay $5 a gallon because I'm not going to DRIVE, moron. I ride my bike or hitch, but I stopped driving as of last month. And I've been wondering why we aren't drilling in North Dakota too. Got any bright ideas on how to make the government do THAT in that empty head of yours?

Getty in the 4 corners in Brookfield. Citgo and Valero on North Street. Fast Freddie's off exit 8. I-84. A big tip on getting better gas mileage is just slowing it down a bit and not going much over 55 on the highway. It really does make a difference.

<quoted text>We used to have an older Corolla too. The car just kept going and going and almost never needed any repairs. You could fill it up and drive forever on a tank. Great little car!!
I agree, no reason to waste all that money on a hybrid.

Big F-in deal. Oil is over $130 a barrel already and it isn't even June yet. We'll be paying for a $10 gallon of gas by September.

Don't any of you GET IT YET??? As long as WE KEEP PAYING, the price WILL KEEP ON GOING UP!!!

REFUSE TO PAY and boycott the gas pumps and prices will HAVE to come down to an acceptable level.

It worked for other boycotts, and it will work for this one. But it needs ALL of us together to sacrifice and tough it out.

Quit wimping out and STOP BUYING GAS.

You see all these articals for record gas prices. Has anyone seen what heating oil is doing? I have and anyone who heats with oil may want to consider applying for a second mortgage loan now, or start putting away money now and alot of it for the upcoming winter.
I have electric heat in my house and it was becoming so outrageous that we bought a pellet stove. I love it we started using it in the evenings in October and right through the winter. Burned a good 3 tons of pellets cost me close to $800 for the entire heating season. Stove was around $2,500. The heck with CL&P and the oil companies.
