I knew Kenny from the early 70's, but lost track of him. He was a good man and too bad he had to pass on. May he rest in Peace.

Hi Moron. Just thought I would try and address your stupidity. It is clear that you have no understanding of the job which makes your idiotic remark that more idiotic. Some members don't want to lose the street connection they have created and that can happen through promotion. Now, I doubt this even sheds a light on the situation, but once you take your head out of your ass, it will become quite clear.

Kenny will be missed by many. He was an awesome guy with a great sense of humor. He served the Town of Windsor Locks with dignity and pride. This is a tragic loss.

You are such an arsehole!! This guy served his community for 34 years...some guys don't want to become supervisors, they just enjoy being a part of their community. This guy most likely did more in 34 years as a well respected police officer than you have in your whole pitiful existence.

My deepest sympathies go out to his family and the Windsor Locks Police Department.

Its sad when anyone dies but whether he was an officer or not people have a right to know if he was drunk driving. he could of killed someone else not just himself. My prayers do go our during this difficult time.

Listen all you ignorant ***holes who are making disgusting comments. First of all, Have some RESPECT for Kenny! He was a great individual who would have taken his shirt off his back for anyone he loved and cared about. He is loved and respected by so many. He was not Drunk at the time of the accident! Whoever has an ignorant comment, you were not there to know what actually happened. Keep your nasty comments to yourselves. Unless you were there, You have no Idead what happened. Kenny we love you and you will be greatly missed!!! We love you Kenny K!!!!

these people are absolutely rediculous on here, and should be embarrassed by their own ignorant comments! obviously you all didn't know him whatsoever! he was a wonderful man, who many people loved and will miss greatly.
and you all were NOT there when it happened clearly, so lets all just keep our comments to ourselves. of course people wanna just talk because they don't know any better. ya know what, didnt your mothers ever say to you...if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.
you all should be embarrassed. kenny will be deeply missed!

That pole is broken 8 - 10 feet up, not sure how he managed that. No skid marks either. From what I've heard, the car was pretty modified. That whole section of road is a steady bend to the left easy to get crossed up with all that torque. For all you folks jumping to conclusions about his BA level, your speculation is not only ignorant, it's hurtful. If you don't know @!#$, don't say @#$%.

Facts are not evident as they would be for a similar incident not involving a local officer, thats all. Typical for WL, condolences to all his many friends and family, very sad.

The entire WL dept is good old boys born and raised they are dirty and predjudice. I have met the officer in subject and am sorry for his friends and familys loss, but, I wouls have BA levels checked on me if that was my accident. The dept is full of personal rules for individuals of each officers choice.

And you know what ? Check your spelling. If you speak from EXPERIENCE, then you must have done something while in WL to deserve it !

MOVE ON- people keep talking about it and bringing it up because if it was ANYBODY else, all the facts would be posted - including the blood alcohol. Why does WL have so many police for such a small town anyway? They claim because of the hotels, but really, there is only 1 hotel where there is any trouble. They are more of a juvenile detention squad.

It doesn't matter if he was drunk or not - the only one that got injured was himself. Drop it already !!!
