Man arrested for burglary, possession of controlled substance

NEW HAVEN a ' On Tuesday the New Haven Police Department investigated a breaking and entering that had occurred last week.

How long did u shake this guy down before u busted him RICH guess his drugs ran out and u had to bust him so he wouldn't talk right??? Ever noticed the Chief never does anything on his own he always has someone with him whats wrong rich u scared to b a police officer or u dont know how or u affraid that all the ppl u screwed over may come out looking for u?

The proof is that everyone knows in New Haven and do u think new haven tests there employees for drugs???? NO they dont so Rich can continue to smoke weed and pop pills whenever he wants and the proof you r looking for lies with the teenagers in new haven who has rode up beside rich while he was in his car rolling a joint and all the times RICH busted people and never arrested them or gave them a ticket but the drugs somehow came up missing. If you want something done get everyone together and bitch to the mayor over and over.

The person that is calling himself pissed off is a former police officer who got fired that is why he is making the nasty comments about certain town officials because they fired him (i know for a fact) seen why he was fired if the mayor and council thought that there was anything going on they would take care of the problem first hand i also know that for a fact because i know the mayor and two of the city council members very very well.

No my initials are not I S and i was never a cop anywhere i live in new haven and have watch rich do this shit and get away with it for so long just pissed off about it and all u have to do is stand in the marathon and rich tells everyone everything

I have lived in New Haven also for a long time if your such an up standing person in the community then revell yourself to the mayor and rich to confront him about what is going on this is what i think i think you have been arrested for somthing and pissed off. if you have not been in trouble then confront the two and state these allagations to speak your peace i would if this was truly going on if you have all this proof then what do you have to loose. if not dont talk trash about the town officials. and dont say that the cops will pick on you because if you have that much proof ronnie will take care of the problem.
