They have formed a task force consisting of the sheriff's dept,OSBI,FBI,& U.S. Marshall dept!!! This is to cover Jody's and Joe Neffs unsolved murders. Let's pray that we get some answers and if I was the person or persons that did,well, know that your time not living behind bars will be coming to a considerable halt!!

I hope and pray that they (agents) will get some answers soon!!! With a new fresh pair of eyes, maybe they will find something that was overlooked the first time. I just can't believe that the landowner of the strip pit where Joe was found didn't notice any activity going on around his place. He usually knows everything and everyone that goes in and out of his place from what I hear.... ODD!!!! Another thing that bothers me is why tape him up after the fact?

Thats the best news yet don't let who ever did this get away with it as the Bible says an eye for eye. Go new team and find whoever did this and they live right there in that area. Jody didn't deserve this.

We can only hope and pray that they find something out. Jody was a real sweet and beautiful person, I couldn't agree more that she knew the person or persons that did this to her. I would start with question everyone over again which I'm sure they will and then some.

If she wasn't raped, then pulling her pants down is a sign of disrespect. Or, it could be a female trying to make it look like a male. If she went there willingly, after clubbing or whatever, she could have just been relieving herself out in the middle of nowhere.

I thought that they we're trying to make it look like something that it wasn't...like rape. I don't believe they found anything that suggested she was rape but not 100% however,it's disturbing none the less.

Hey all. Just a warning about this Jimmy character. He has already begun on this forum to be disrespectful and the last one he was awful on. When he says it was some of his best work, he is correct in that he made everyone stop posting. Here are a few comments he made on the last forum so you know who you are dealing with. AGAIN, this is supposed to be about Jody!!! Jody's family has seen this!!! They want it to stop. Respect her family. Jimmy STOP bringing up Trena Nixon. It is out of CLEAR personal bias that you are doing this. It is not helping the family who deserves justice for a murdered girl. You are not helping in any way. Again, please watch who you are replying to. This Jimmy guy has several pseudonyms and was extremely disrespectful on the other thread and helped make it a joke. I already posted a few things he wrote in reply to SEVERAL people. It is sad that he (or she) has nothing better to do. I really just do not want this site to turn into his (or her) personal agenda or continuous hateful remarks. That is all I will post, I hope this site does not become a joke as the other clearly is.
