Would it show up in her body after 4 days? They claim the M.E. report shows no cause of death. "Suspicious" is the word they use. Jodie's own father said, "I know the authorities are doing the best they can, but it's time to bring some one else in." It's a loose quote, but even he knows someone dropped the ball.

Pocola Reserve Officer Accused of Raping Teen

November 10, 2009


A Pocola restaurant owner and reserve city police officer is facing rape charges.

Today LeFlore County District Attorney Jeff Smith filed a number of charges against Rodney Allen Frick. He's accused of having sex with a teenage girl in June of 2008. The victim told authorities she had sex with Frick several times, and he had also taken her to a motel in Arkansas. She was 15 years old when the relationship began and claims she worked with Frick at his restaurant, Hot Rod's BBQ, in Pocola.

Frick is also charged with soliciting sexual conduct through the internet. Investigators say the Frick and the teen exchanged sexually explicit messages through a Myspace messenger.

Frick is being held in the LeFlore County Jail on a $10,000 bond.

I did start off with Trena since you people cant seem to get it thru your heads that she didnt even know Jody...but whatever think what you want the truth will come out. And Im not arguing the point of crooked cops in LeFlore County thats pretty much all there are here...I will tell you all there is no justice here for anyone the cops, DA, and whoever is in their pockets well...can do anything and blatently get away with it. LeFlore Co. sucks. As I said before I hope Jodys killer is brought to justice sadly though I dont see that happening, maybe if we were somewhere else where law enforcement knew how to conduct an investigation.
