I have got an excellent idea! What if the state only paid law enforcment by commission, or per case? You know, like a bonus for each case solved. I think less cases would go cold, don't you think? Is anyone behind me on this idea? Maybe we need to see about making this a law. Anyone have any ideas?

I have known Joe all my life I have never known anyone who didn't like/love him. He knew everyone that came into his bar and those that he didn't he would introduce himself and get to know them. That was the type of man he was. He was a true friend to everyone. He had the biggest heart that any man could ever have! I just wished that some kind of information would come up so the family can get some closer. It just feels like this case and another one isn't getting the attention that they need. I hope that "noname" is meaning reap what you sow in a way toward the killer and not towards Joe. If it was towards Joe then obviously you don't know Joe very well and you must have had something to do with this terrible act of crime!!

My heart breaks for my dear friend that lost her dad.I miss seeing her regularly.I know it has caused her to become a recluse in her own home and i shudder to think of the sheer agony her and the rest of the family are going through right now.I miss you friend and think about you often.I know one of the hardest things has to be NOT KNOWING.Yet,there is something beneficial from what noname up there said(which i am curious about as seeing how ever1 loved Joe)This page...this link...that remark and most importantly the thread on which noname typed and the computer he typed it from CAN be traced if you contact the right people. The 1st thing to go from a suspect's home is what?...the computer.just a thought.....Anyways ;I miss you,Misty or# 167

What is worse...is our dad is the rock that we leaned on during tough times, now when we need him the most he isn't here. He will never be here again. I cannot help but wonder if the killer has ever lost anyone very important to them. Have they ever had to face the lonely times and the emptiness. The visions of the horrors that my dad might have gone through the last breaths of his life haunt me daily. My dad was a great person, why did this happen? I pray to God everyday that He prepare my heart to forgive the monster that committed this crime. My heart wants to hate them, but I know that we have to forgive. How do you forgive this?? God have mercy on this entire situation and thank you for carrying me through it. Have mercy on the demon possessed animals that are still walking free that decided to kill my dad and haul him off and throw him away like a piece of garbage. If the killer ever reads this I want you to know that no matter how I feel about what you have done and what you have taken away from me and my family, I still hope you never have to live through the pain that I am living in now. I would not even wish this on you.....I hope that God will have mercy on your soul.

I am so happy to let everyone know that the law enforcement here has established a task force to focus on my dads murder and the murder of Jody Wilson. Thank you God for all of the answered prayers. I pray that the answers come quickly.

http://tinyurl.com/OKtaskforce From the link above - Taken out of order.. ~Snip~ News OK Article wrote: "We just got to the point where all the leads were drying up. We needed to get some new ideas flowing.”
Curnutt and the new task force will meet Friday for the first time since forming and exchanging notes last month. The task force involves representatives from five agencies: the FBI, the U.S. Marshal’s Office, Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, the Le Flore County district attorney’s office and the Le Flore County sheriff’s office.
"I cried when I first heard the news,” said Marie Pitchford, the older of Neff’s two daughters.
"My life has changed in ways I never imagined. I still haven’t returned to work, and I never go out after dark. I don’t go to the movie theater, the grocery store, nothing. I won’t even go to Walmart after dark.
"People need to realize the killer is still out there. I just pray some day we’ll have answers, and maybe this task force is what it will take.” News OK Article wrote: "Some of the family members have even pointed fingers over the safe.”
Pitchford said "only a few people” had the combination to her father’s safe, but none would have hurt him.
"As for the safe, my sister (Shawna Martin) and I didn’t know the combination,” Pitchford said.
"But was the safe the motive behind the murder? Or was it opened to make it look like a robbery?” I want to point out that it looks like Jody's dad used his political pull to get the task force going. News OK Article wrote: "People need to realize the killer is still out there. I just pray some day we’ll have answers, and maybe this task force is what it will take.”
Jim Rilee, who is Wilson’s father, said he lobbied long and hard for a multi-agency task force.
"I know this: It won’t hurt,” Rilee said from his New Jersey home.
"I worked very hard getting this together, and I think the resources available to the FBI will be helpful, as opposed to the limited resources available to the OSBI in that region. The bottom line is more people will be involved.
"I just hope now that the FBI is involved more people will look at this case.”
Donald Wilson, Jody Wilson’s husband, is among those who have been questioned by investigators. He said he was out of state at the time of his wife’s disappearance with the couple’s infant daughter, who is now 10 months old.
"He (Donald Wilson) has been interviewed twice,” Curnutt confirmed. "Since then, he has retained an attorney and is refusing to talk further.”

I just wished the authorities would at least give the family something. Good or bad, the not knowing is eating them up. At least knowing "something" will let them know that something is being done to try and find the killers to Joe and Jody's murders. I understand that these things takes time but here it is 7 months later and no one knows anything more than they did 7 months ago.
