how do you know the kids weren't there? more than likely, he was told they were there, probably somebody "baited" him there, if the truth were known. he was murdered, and I can tell you this much. God in heaven knows the truth and if it never comes out as such in this lifetime, you can be sure that Danny will be vindicated some day, if not in this lifetime~~ in the next. and lemme' tell you this also, the one's responsible for this??? they will never again know any kind of peace or happiness in their lives. wait and see. what goes around, comes around, you reap what you sew.

I'm am just sick over this whole situation. Danny was my first true love. I was 17 and he was 22 years old when we met and started dated. He was the most considerate and loving person I ever met. He always treated me with the utmost respect. I always felt protected when I was with him. He was working as a pipeliner when we met. He would work all week and then drive all night just to come see me on the weekends. He would spend every minute he had with me only leaving enough time to drive back in time to start work. I was always afraid he would fall asleep driving. We had a lot of hopes and dreams for our future. I was graduating from high school and had big plans of being a doctor one day. He broke up with me and broke my heart. On my way to college out of state, my mom told me why he broke up with me. He told my mom that he was afraid that if I stayed with him and got married, that I wouldn't go to college and make my dreams come true. That right there tells you the kind of man Danny was. He loved his family and friends. He would do anything for anyone. He has always held a special place in my heart and always will. My heart aches for what happened to him. My heart aches for his children and family. But I have no pity for his so called wife or her lover. May justice prevail!!!!!

I heard the dude went back inside to get his shotgun, came out and shot Rodeos motorcycle and when he went to see the damage of his motorcycle that dude shot him in the head and killed him. Now if you were fearing for your life, why go inside to get a gun, come back out, shoot a bike and ten shoot him unarmed?????

What I know is he was killed by your good friend, shot in the head outside of a home and that's enough for an arrest and trial. You can't kill someone like that unless they are a clear threat to your life, your not quite in Oklahoma!!

The whole point is that a friend of ours was killed because of a friend of yours. It's showing the loss of sanctity in our world. It's disgusting that this person killed Rodeo. It's sad his kids will grow up without a father now because of Eric's fit of rage. Christy will get hers when she meets her maker. RIP Rodeo, a life lost way too soon.

I heard that Rodeos kids may not been there. Heard his daughter came to school crying that day and saying it was her last day in that school. Rodeo somehow got word of that and went to find out why or where they were going. He count did them anywhere so he went to the boy friends house to see what he knew. It's still unclear where the kids were or where she was planning to take them. If all this is true, he must have been really trying to find out. It was the last thing he had and he didn't get to see them as it was.

All Rodeo ever wanted is what was best for his family, friends, co-workers and lastly himself. It is disgusting to think some would do this to such a good man. R.I.P. Rodeo

To all you Pipliners and other special friends that knew Danny over the years, I know he thought alot of you and were the greatest family he ever had, Please if you do decide to go on Sunday keep a calm attitude so none of you get hurt or get put in Jail. Danny would not want any of his friends to get in any trouble because of him. Lets all make him proud and keep in control of ourselves and pay your respects in peace. The Family is in a tough situation and doesn't need any extra hassles right now. Go share all the good times you used to have especially the embarracing ones, they make good ice breakers. And for me,I would like to know how many of you met the rattlesnake that lived in his toolbox on his truck? That was his favorite pet!

you stated in an earlier post that he wasn't murdered? I say what do you call it, "friendly fire". Eric could have never stepped foot out of the house. He could have simply called the police. There is no other word for it except cold blooded murder. There is no justification whatsoever. It all started with the wife messing around. She has destroyed all these lives. Rodeo's, his children's, the murderer and his children's. Yet she's gonna get it all. You will never get me to believe this wasn't her doings. She is and will answer to God someday for her part in all this. I think she should be arrested for "complicity to commit murder". Her life and happiness is done for either way. She will never again know any kind of peace. Sadly though her children's life will be affected unto the fourth generation for her adulterous ways. May God and Rodeo watch over those poor innocent children.
