Suits filed by Obama Administration over back ground checks

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has filed a suit charging that two businesses have unfairly refused to hire black people because their background checks have uncovered criminal activity.
One of those business, Dollar General Store, has stated that they wish a safe environment for their customers.
The Obama administration has indicated that because a high percentage of black makes have spent time in jail, such background checks are unfair.
In the light of the Navy Yard massacre, does this suit seem logical?

A black guy sure scared a bunch of people at the naval facility.
Don't you see the problem when the Obama administration sues to stop background checks being used to screen employees and a man with supposed problems kills to people?

Translation: "I stand silent when a white guy kills school children and teachers, and when a white guy shoots up a movie theater, and when a white guy kills people visiting a congresswoman, but I speak up when a black man kills people. This is because black people scare me and I do not like them for that reason. Obama is a black person so I will blame the actions of the EEOC on him."

Does this mean that all background checks is unfair. Or only the ones pertaining to the blacks? Obama is crazy. In my opinion.

No I do not stand silent when a white or black man kills. Evil is evil.
This point has nothing to do with Obama's race. He is the president. He get the credit for all the good that his administration does and he must take responsibility for all the bad as well as good.
Of course, that is not the point here.
The question that I put to you is this:
Is the Obama Administration doing the right thing when it challenges the right of a business to do back ground checks in order not to hire ex criminals? And, do you agree with the basis of this suit which is this: since there is a large percentage of black males who have criminal backgrounds, it is racial discrimination if you check backgrounds before people of any race are hired?
Schools are required to run background checks before hiring employees. If it is racial discrimination for Dollar General to run background checks, would it also be discrimination for schools to do it? Do you see where this is going?
Translation: you are in a dither about race relations and cannot see evil with a black face or good with a white face, while I can good and evil in all races.

If this is the case. Then no one hiring anyone for anything can do a back ground check on anyone. This is the most stupid thing I have ever heard. Anyone could hold any position and have a terrible criminal record. But no one but the police would know it.
Like I said if this pertain to whites as well as blacks. But I do not think it pertains to whites. Only blacks.
