* Montia McKitric, 40, 210 Edgewood Estates, alleged possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia on July 15, and making false statement affecting eligibility to receive unemployment benefits in October 2010. Bond was set at $5,000. Harrodsburg officer Brian Allen testified before the grand jury.
* Robbie Tatum, 34, 256 Quirks Run Road, allegedly making false statement affecting eligibility to receive unemployment benefits between December 2010 and April 2011. Bond was set at $5,000. Joseph Trent testified.
* Tony Dearing Jr., 32, of Stanford, and Michael Guillen, 28, of Danville, allegedly manufacturing methamphetamine on Aug. 30. Bonds were set at $25,000. Harrodsburg officer Jay Eldridge testified.
* Shannon Lawhorn, 37, of Danville, allegedly possession of a forged check for $300 on June 28, and possession of meth and drug paraphernalia on July 19. Bond was set at $5,000. Deputy Scott Elder testified.
* Kenneth O’Neal, 21, 236 Harrods Trace, alleged possession of heroin on Aug. 21. Bond was set at $5,000. Elder testified.
* Holly Bailey, 21, 2193 Mackville Road, allegedly receiving a stolen firearm on Aug. 4. Bond was set at $5,000. A Harrodsburg police officer testified.
* George Vaughn, 45, 122 Forsythe St., alleged possession of meth on Aug. 20. Bond was set at $5,000. Elder testified.
* Dustin Southwood, 27, of Monticello, theft more than $500 and criminal mischief for allegedly taking merchandise from Walmart and causing property damage on July 7. Bond was set at $5,000. Allen testified.
* Erica Patterson, 34, 303 Pheasant Drive, burglary and theft for allegedly unlawfully entering Walmart and taking merchandise on July 23. Bond was set at $5,000. A Harrodsburg police officer testified.
