I can honestly say that Mrs. Durr gives 100% to her students. She is very fair and caring. She is one of the top teachers at Mercer Co. Elem. School. She will take the time to talk to you on the phone after school hours. She treats all her students equal.
I hope she plans on hanging in there a few more years.

I don't know first hand that there is anything wrong with Mrs.Goodlett, she is just the only one that I have heard anything bad about. I heard she only likes girls as students, and I have heard it several times from more then one group of people.
So I just hope that isn't the truth, she seemed pretty nice overall when I have met her.

Mrs. Vandivier is great, my daughter had her and loved her. My daughter was very bashful and wouldn't talk to anyone and Mrs. Vandivier and Mrs. Bray helped her out a whole lot. If there is any parents that have children going to the first grade Mrs. Harley is very good as well. Hope the best for you, I've heard about Mrs. Goodlett as well.

my son had ms. camic and i thought that she was an excellent teacher. i very much enjoyed having her teach my son but her assistant is not good with the kids at all. he came home one day and had peed in his pants because he had on a belt and couldnt get it off. he asked her to help him and she said "you are a big boy and should be able to do it yourself"

he just finished 1st grade and had ms tribble and she is not so good. we missed out on a lot of activities because we werent informed of them as we were when he was in kindergarten.

I found all of the Kindergarten teachers to be very helpful and good with the kids, but my child had Mrs. Clark and we loved her!! She was very easy to talk to and it was obvious that she cared about the kids in her class. She really works on reading skills and her students always do well in reading

mrs camics assistant is an older lady, looks like shes about 60 or 70 something. she is not good with the children at all. (as stated my last post) i loved mrs camic though. she just needs a new helper.

My son had Mrs. Goodlett. She's an EXCELLENT teacher. She's very patient with the students and is very eager to do whatever it takes to make sure the students succeed. My son LOVED her and still enjoys seeing her and talking to her. I'd recommend her in a heartbeat!

my son had mrs.camic. Her assistant is mrs.jane. They are both very strict with the children, but the children love them both. My son loves mrs.jane and mrs camic. sometimes you do have to teach them discipline as they do, its not just being mean to them. Have you been up there in the classrooms? If they don't take control of all the children, the ones that are good suffer also. Mrs camic and mrs jane are awesome. Great teachers. The real world isn't all rainbows. They have to learn to take care of themselves.

Wow! I had Mrs. Smothers back when she was Ms. Sheene still. I can't believe she's still teaching. She was awesome back then too! I'm 28 now... so it's been some time since I was in K.
