The verdict????

So what happened in court with Jason Elder Monday? Have not heard

Well I've posted it about three times so pay attention.

The special judge set it for a hearing in January. The then warned Elder to stay out of the young girl's workplace. Elder said that he didn't know that it was her workplace, and would not be back.

The hearing in January is called a "review." In theory the prosecutor and Elder's attorney will look at evidence and decide if they want to take it to trial or agree to a plea.

If Elder walks free then Harrodsburg has no justice system at all. It should be given to every news station in the U.S. how poor of a justice system that Harrodsburg, Ky. has. Every male and female that has been charged with any form of rape or sexual charge in the last year like his should be dropped. After all if he can get away with it, then they should be able to get away with the same crimes also. You can bet alot of the news stations will be running his story.
Unless the justice system is saying that city officials and their crimes are above the law. If they let him go free. I guess that is what they are be saying. Right?
