what is up with Arbys

everytime i go to Arbys they cant get my order right,i went the other day and got 3 things and they still got it wrong..and what about some of the women who work their,most of them look like they are strung out on meth..i will not longer go their,the prices are way to high and you cant get good service

Was just there Monday. Place was clean. Employees clean. Good food. Arby's has always been higher priced but good.

i uthing i was doing fast enought for them so they let me gobys and i didnt do the se to work at arbys so they let me go and i thought they could have a nother job but they didnt.

Nobody is perfect we are only humans trying to make a living. We work our butts off to provide quality service and if your order is wrong then we will fix it as long as you provide receipt or the food that was messed up. I don't know what arbys you are referring to but here in Danville we are very sanitary and strive to keep our customers happy. We apologize for any inconvenience.

I went through the drive-thru and had to wait a little longer than usual, but when I got to the window the manager informed me that she had upsized my combo. At least she tried to fix the situation. Most others wouldn't do anything other than throw your food out the window and expect you to drive away immediately without checking your food or anything.

Hell Ive gone there a few times an they are out of roast beef!! How do you run out of roast beef?? Poor poor ordering on management part. Thats like the chicken house running outta chicken!!! WTF???
