Yeah, you're right. Raising my child as a single parent for 8 years taught me nothing. I didn't have a hard time or feel frustrated. It was all a piece of cake. God, get over yourself already. You act like you're the only person in the world that has had to do this.

I'll make it simple for you, I find whiny butt people like you irritating. You didn't do you're part in the birth control dept.(as well as the baby daddy) but you want to bitch about being a single parent. Really? Is the unconditional love of your child not enough for you to see what is really important?

I suggest you seek counseling to deal with your "frustration".

Wow. Your such a jerk! Stop being such an ahole! I can be frusterated and i donKt really care what you think at this point. Stop judging those of us who have not gotten remarried yet and yes find it completely inhuman and heartless that a deadbeat parent could be so absent from their responsibility. Maybe when I'm married I'll be able to forget the how much he doesn't give a damn. Oh since you keep bringing up counseling already been there and done that. Ok first off its not always the moms raising their kids alone, but I totally agree that there's a lot of dads that won't and sometimes refuse 2 take care of their kids!!@ single mom obviously u picked a lame ass man (without knowing) 2 have a baby with and now ur stuck doing it on ur own!! It seems 2 me like ur doing a very good job at giving ur child a good life without his dad and I commend u 4 that!! I myself do receive assistance and I don't have a job, but I do volunteer everyday 2 earn that assistance and don't mind it at all!! I had a good job when I got custody of my kids but ended up being fired bc I had 2 miss a lot!! There are ppl that abuse the system and never have plans 2 get off of it but I'm not one of those ppl!! Its not just dads that run off or do things 2 take themselves away from their kids its moms 2!! Why do ppl automatically think a "single mom" is just someone who spread their legs to a guy? Single moms include widows, divorcees, and yes one nite stands. Since it includes an array of backgrounds it is very ignorant to point the finger at a single mom and say she brought it upon herself. Life is unpredictable and a happily married mom can end up single in a heartbeat.

If a young lady can get goverment assistance to raise a child I dont blame her a bit. Even if the daddy is helping as long as they arent married she gets help. Do you know how much a can of formula is for a mother that doesnt/cant nurse its outrageous. Kinda like gas they know you have to buy it and they price gouge it cause mostly the goverment buys it. The USA gives billions and billions of dollars to the muslim brotherhood in aid and you have the nerve to complain about helping your fellow americans out before that? You really need to do sone research and just look at where all your hard earned tax dollars are spent! When you see a mother buying food and formula with a ebt card you need to smile and be gratefull that there is a child not straving and crying itself to sleep due to hunger at night. Some of these single moms act like they have it so bad, when they put themselves in that position. Yet they get more help than anyone. They forget about the grandparents who help care for their kids and do not even give them a thank u, grandparent are used as free child care. These single moms get foodstamps and some may even get child support if the baby daddy or is a half way decent man, which many are not. Many of these single moms just want to whine and get people to feel sorry for them. I am not saying all single moms are like this, there are great single moms who don,t complain and whne, they put their children first.

I have no patience with women who sleep around and get pregnant by more than one man. They are simply living off the babies that they produce. I feel sorry for the kids.

I have a better way. I could care less for a worthless man. I can do without what he has between his legs. My wife and I find ways to satisfy ourselves and because we are both beautiful women we cannot impregnate each other. Our two children were conceived with the help of a neighbor young man who impregnated both us before he left for college. It was a win-win for both parties. We have two lovely children and he was taught the ways and means of sex. We had to do it only for this one purpose and there will be no more of this type of sex for us since we don't plan on any more children.

You know what, kiss my hind end! I'm a single mom NOT by choice. I was married for 12 years and he's the only man I'd ever been with. Both of us worked and had three kids (note all kids by the same man) and we took care of them without a thing til the deadbeat a-hole decided to use drugs and get a girlfriend and disappear. It was so much easier when their dad was an actual dad, both financially and care giving wise. Until you've walked a mile in my shoes, go suck and egg with your jargon! How was I suppose to know he'd decide to abandon us? I have always worked and still work my tail off trying to take care of them because I'm not just mom, I'm now mommydad, too, because their dad wanted to check out. Guess who foots the other half of that bill? The taxpayers! Believe me, I've paid plenty in for years from the time I was 15 and this so called assistance is not even footing a fourth of what my kids were used to and not half of what they need. It's their sperm donors fault we are where we are, and let me tell you by the grace of God I will work til my fingers bleed to finish raising them. You have no idea what it's like having to do this on my own, and what it's like for my kids who wonder where he went and think they did something wrong. And yes I know you're probably talking about these ho's, but now some of us single moms do have something to gripe about, and it's called no good, sorry men who can't man up and care for their family and so they decide to revert back to adolescence and become like little boys instead of men and fathers. Real men don't exist anymore, they were wiped out with women's rights and gay pride. You're probably just mad cause ur baby's momma's found u and now u gotta pay child support. Boo freakin hooo!
