This County is the worst I have seen...You people need to wake up and take some steps to protect yourselves....First Trooper Brewer how do you screw a mans wife for 4-5 years then once the divorce comes threw get in a fist fight in front of a whole crowd and surprise surprise the one without a badge gets arrested now jump ahead a little while then he drives DUI and wrecks his truck in Doddridge County (while stalking his girlfriend) and GETS AWAY another big surprise. NOW that joke Mike Kelly (meatbag in a uniform) hasnt locked up someone without sleeping wife the wife, mother, sister etc. and his nephew that was done away swept under the rug.......At least you got rid of the fat piece of shit Miller......You people have about three States you can count on...City dont count because neither one of them can handle the Academy......these two new ones doubt they will ever make it through either...What a fucking joke.....PA can only prosecute the cases they can win and that aint many......Most of the time these dirt bags make up charges to sleep with whatever female is making the complaint......Hope all you clowns get what you deserve....Funny when Brewer got his ass whipped.......

First I would like to start off by saying the whomever Serpico is must have nothing better to do than write false statements. If I were going to guess, I would say you live off the taxpayers (public assistance).I agree with "confused" just how do you know this information. I had to laugh when I read this comment and others that you have commented on. You might want to go back to school and pay attention this time because you sure can't write or spell for that matter. I'm embarrassed for you. You might want to think about getting a job because it seems that you have too much time on your hands.
