What kid molested the 11 year old girl at HCS?

Disturbing story in Sunday's paper I have a daughter who I want to keep away from this kid whoever he is. Any idea? If this can happen at school who knows what else this kid might do.

Hey, did you ever stop to think the girl asked him to do it? Maybe a bug fell down her britches, besides that, we don't know the whole story, maybe it isn't true the girl oould be making shit up.

Seriously. If the girl is 11 and she is lying it will come out. Back the hell off and let the law decide u are not the judge or the jury.

You are right it could be anyone my neighbor....you...your son....your brother or your father or your neighbor that's why i asked so I could keep my daughter away from him and maybe learn the whole story....but you just start in with typical Harrisville white trash nonsense.thanks for nothing ..but if anyone else out there has any useful information maybe it would be a good idea to share it so we can keep our daughters away from this kid.

I do agree in a sense that the community does need to know who this accuser is. I also have a child in that school and it scares the crap out of me that this is going on in the school. I know they have recently installed cameras in some of the halls at school so hopefully something was caught on tape. It's sure a shaky area here. Being they are minors it is against the law to release names but in the same sense I would be on fire if it was to happen to my child at a place where they are supposed to feel safe and secure and concentrate on their education.
Fortunately I was informed of who the child is and my child is not a friend nor does she have classes or access with him.
Also with it being such a small community people are going to jump to their own conclusions. And that is a sad. Another very sad thing is the fact that they are leaving it in family courts hands. Especially in Lewis County.
Another bit of information the public should be aware of is as of Friday. This boy was STILL in school and STILL in class which he also has with the alleged victim.

Ok, I am going to play devil's advocate here. The article says he put his hands down her pants, these are kids we are talking about, not everything is sexual in nature, maybe he was trying to give her a wedgie and it got blown out of proportion. Before anyone jumps on me, I don't condone wedgies or the fact that he put his hands down her pants but was it really sexual in nature? Was he actually molesting her? If it was my child I would be angry and I would want something done about it but we can't just jump to the conclusion that everything is sexual.

It was not just a wedgie it was not just playing. I know both families and was made aware of the exact allegations. The paper did not put everything in there. As they never do. It was not one isolated incident and has been going on for quite some time Not jumping on your but or anything just clarifying it.

EXACTALLY, couldn't have said it any better. Thumbs up to you, I'm not jumping to any conclusions either, but I think like you said, they do blow alot out of proportion many times, hopefully this is one of those times.

I don't know either of the kids, I based my comment on the news article. If however this 13 year old was molesting a younger child then I think the authorities need to be looking into who was molesting him. He got the idea that this sort of behavior was okay from somewhere and they need to find out where.

If this isnt the first time...how come the school officials permitted these kids to be alone in a place hwere this could happen. I don't think an elevn year old girl would ask a boy to do that at school not a normal girl any way...and a boy should respect a girl if the parent teaches them the right way...maybe the school should separate them

I agree, where were the teachers? Harrisville school isn't a very large school, how was this able to happen once, let alone on multiple occasions?

It just came out last week that this had happened. They were not aware of it and continued to let them in the same class. While the investigation was in progress last week he was not removed from the class. Now tuesday is a new week and charges have been filed so we will see if they allow him back into the classroom. And yes it is a small school which means I think the teachers put to much trust in the children sometimes. And I am sure that the teacher and every other school employee that was supposed to be supervising them are being investigated.
