If the boys have the "proper" last name, not much will happen. They are in "deep doo doo" if not.

Whoa... I'd be interesting in finding out what they did. It had to have been awful if criminal charges were filed. And I'm inclined to think they deserved it. I'm not speaking for all, and there are bigger problems in larger communities, but these small town kids sometimes don't recognize the consequences of some of their actions; and ignorance.

Anyone know what went down?

More "Kabuki show" reporting by the P.O.? It's another "something happened but we cannot tell you" story. Not releasing the names of minors is understandable, but not revealing what the charges are by the PSP is questionable.

Wow... you can say shitzel? I'll keep that in mind.

As for Ruby, I agree... what's the point is saying anything if you're not going to say... anything?

We want to know what happened and I think we deserve to. Of course the individuals involved probably couldn't be more obvious in a small town like that.

Again, it must have been pretty awful. If anything, maybe knowing what they did can help parents prevent this from happening to THEIR kids.

Another parent, a school employee and I were discussing a troubled child ~~ oh, who am I kidding?~~ he's a mean little snot that gets off on harassing other kids and cussing at teachers.

He has received NUMEROUS detentions and suspensions (on and off campus) and has been caught a few times with knives (hunting variety.)

While expressing joy that the boy no longer had to put up with the likes of afore mentioned snot, I wondered why more had not been done.

It was pointed out that his last name resides on quite a few plaques in the area.(You know, those "You gave us tons of money and all you got was this lousy plaque" plaques.)

Such is life, I suppose.

Uh oh chel, better be careful... using language like that might get you arrested by Warfordsburg police.

To think I thought these kids did something horrible; for that I owe them and their families an apology. So do those arresting officers and perhaps the school district for calling it in.

Warfordsburg Police? Heck the whole county has no police force over there (save for the State Police barracks in McConnellsburg). Over there the "men are men, and the sheep are scared!". Wait, that's Path Valley. Nevermind...

There are almost twice as many people in the borough of Chambersburg itself (not even counting surrounding "suburbs") than in all of Fulton County combined. There is nothing there. No jobs, no services, no nothing. But hey, the taxes aren't bad! That's not even the truth anymore, as my relatives still live in northern Fulton County and pay about the same as I do in CASD.

Daily Horoscope for December 31

Libra

If you live with other people you have to resign yourself to the fact that you all want to do different things today. The more you urge togetherness, the more everyone will be determined under tonight's Full Moon to do their own thing even if it creates problems. Try to play this down as much as possible because it's also a lunar eclipse and getting angry won't solve anything; it may even make the situation worse. Maybe this is a chance for you to do what you want for a change, too? Anyway, enjoy yourself tonight, Libra because you deserve it!
