The paper racked up those fees while arguing a case in April that police violated federal privacy laws after seizing staff photos that captured a violent riot at an off-campus block party.

This is a joke! "The Breeze" isn't a real or legitimate news organization. It's a student news rag, that's supported entirely by public tax dollars. I think it's past due that we shove that "academic freedom" up academia's lofty nose. If they want "freedom", they need to get off the public dole.
