Sounds like a bad one. Why can't they keep these guys on a short leash? Darn, I just used my last box of hollow-points... I hate to make a special trip to the store because of this.

I don't get it, the VSP announcement says:
Registration Information:
Initial Registration : Jun 25, 1999
Reg. Renewed : Jul 01, 2011
Do they have to register every month? He just renewed 2 months ago ...

I don't know how the registration works, but maybe they're looking for him because he didn't register as "violent sex offender."

They are required to re-register every time they move so its likely that he has relocated and not notified anyone.

Probation? He shouldn't be breathing. There is no rehab for such rabid critters.

I just use 45 ACP hardball from Wal-Mart myself, works as good as those expensive hollow points. Try it, you may switch. I agree with you, vigilante justice is warranted in this case.

Many are free lance capitalists on the mall and U Corner where the generous students make a big difference for hard working beggars.

The students are a well known soft touch for those who say they are HOMELESS. Sometimes they even invite the boys to stay with them for awhile in the dorms so they can get a roof over their weary heads......

Here is hoping a vigilante finds him first and leaves him minus a weenie.

This character needs to be in prison for life. I hope they find him soon. God only knows, how many more victims, he will add to his list, before he is captured and sent back to prison!!

No, I just don't know what the law is and when I saw he'd re-registered in July, I thought I'd ask. I don't know who marked my comment as spam, but I was just asking a question. The comments stating that they have to register each time they move, and the one saying that perhaps he didn't register as "violent" were both very helpful. This comment to which I reply was just plain mean.

Acording to [ NEVER FEAR ] hunting season has come in early. I wish everyone felt the same way. When they find that _ _ _ they should castrate him and then stick him in a place for good.
