So he allegedly robs a woman at knifepoint in her own kitchen and is deemed safe for work release? What nitwit came up with that determination?

Middle River has had some bad luck in the past 6 or 8 months with people walking away from work release. Is it going to take an innocent person getting hurt or worse to make them shut the program down? God help them and SAW's wallets if something happens to a member of my family as a result of one of these situations.

This is the type of inmates working in the school systems. They just dont have a charge like that on there current time. They should not have inmates out working in the regular jobs field with people still trying to find work after being laided off.Make them do there time and we will have less crime.
