It's a shame that Virginia Law Enforcement Agencies are not team players. We all stand for the same principals, just wear different uniforms.
Some Troopers do not seem to understand that. Especially an old one that patrols route 11 North. If your wondering if I received a ticket the answer is no. I happen to know an Officer that haves a reputation as driving like a granny. He had a new car, having an issue with a child and inadvertently went a minimal amount over the limit. Wrong? Yes? Nobody is above the law. Law should be applied with common sense and warnings can be issued.
The Trooper dropped the ball on this stop,
Lost respect of many, and has disgraced his area.

Virginia is a divided state on the Law Enforcement front.
