Lets face it, if this were one of our sons or one of out daughters they would have got and faced the max. They would have wanted to have them plea for some sort of probation and some exorbitant court fee. This is further proof that our justice system is a joke. Sheriff Branch is abusing his postition and should be fired, as well as who ever this "special prosecutor," and the judge. The good old boy system in Greene and Culpeper Counties are well and alive. What is a "special prosecutor" who is "nolle prosequi" better known as "unwilling to pursue?" Why are you unwilling to persue?
YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES THIS IS HIS SECOND OFFENSE. YOU ARE TEACHING HIM THAT HE IS SPECIAL AND CAN GET AWAY WITH THIS BEHAVIOR. YOU DO CONDONE DRUG ACTIVITY, SHERRIF BRANCH!!!!
