I'm Black and I voted for Obama and support him, But if a person talks about a political figure, They should not be punished, because if they are , what next? Will you be fired for making racial or funny comments about the Pope? All this is doing is forcing racism underground , and if you ask me , I think its better to know who the racists are, at least you know where that person is coming from.

They should be fired. Yes there is the 1st amendment but when you hold a position that governs over others in society (Clergy, Teachers, Lawyers, Doctors, Police) where an objective, unprejudiced mind is necessary to do your job you can't have words and actions that contradict your position! Eg: If a secret service agent says on his facebook page..."the president sucks and i would love to kill him and rape his wife" should he be allowed to protect the president as a profession?

OH PLEASE - IF they ever elect an Italian president you better believe there would be comments about Spaghetti and meatballs and GOOMBAHS....etc.....
It's our differences that make us ALL interesting and it is TIME NOW to all relax and FIND SOME HUMOR in our differences and STOP BEING INSULTED every time someone does. The more people complain the more it's going to happen. RELAX Life is WAY TOO SHORT

Sorry, but I thought the First Amendment applied to everyone. We might not like what a cop says on a FaceBook website, but that has nothing to do with how they do their job. Writing isn't doing: what they did is called "literary license." If I write a crime novel with me as the central figure in an ax murder, does that mean I should be sent to prison. I can't believe the Supreme Court would allow us to trample on the cops' rights unless they have a problem on the job or commit a crime.

Daily Horoscope for December 31

Taurus

Friends and partners aren't behaving as you would like today. They're eager to go their own way, much to your annoyance. In order to get round this you're going to have to ask yourself some tricky questions, such as whether you're trying to control everyone's behavior or whether they're being inconsiderate in wanting to do their own thing. It's a Full Moon and a lunar eclipse, so maybe you should all release the tension by making it a super New Year's Eve celebration?
