If you have been reading my blog you probably know how happy I am with this. Council people Rackman, Trangucci, Tarantino, and Fertel were willing to hear an open proposal before making a decision on the Oasis shelter issue.

i always say people are luckey tthey have a roof over ther head make the homeless facility a beeter for people to stay
