Renter's Noise

Owner's live out of town of Harrison and the renter's run wild,still this morning at 2am,(July 13)drunk renters with their open bottles, their yelling,running up & down the street,
(College Students ?)throwing thing's at parked car's. I hate calling the police every time. The Owner's property isn't a clean place, what happened to the litter patrol? I see our tax money spent to have town workers cut there grass that grows thru their sidewalk.I think it's time for Home Owner's to take some responsibilty for the house's they rent.

Home owners should take responsibility;
the problem is....many owners do not live on the premises...therefore as long as they receive their rent on time; trash, noise and destruction are unimportant.

I have called the police on extremely loud - and
low life people just below me. I have told every
tenant - "it is an obligation to report to either
the police or owner" of this extreme inappropriate
behavior. Before and after photos are always taken
of the apartments.....and if all is not up to par
they will be sued, deposit held, and could
be evicted!
