Governor Corbett procured the Freeh report in an attempt to exonerate himself from criminal negligence in the Sandusky issue. Corbett was Attorney General for 3 terms in PA beginning in 1995. He had formal Sandusky complaints coming into his office throughout those 3 terms and he did not investigate or make an arrest until new of Sandusky went public 16 years later!
The Freeh report is being dissected point by point by government analyst, Ray Blehar. He is finding that the report is close to 90% fiction. The janitor "witness" in the "report" is a complete lie fabricated by Corbett's then Attorney General, Linda Kelly. Blehar proved through timeline research that the janitor in question was not even on the PSU payroll yet during the alleged incident. The janitor is also mentally retarded and was an easy target by corrupt state government to manipulate with falsehoods.
To abuse the power of state government against innocent citizens is egregious to the level of 3rd world political corruption. And Attorney General, Kathleen Kane, should not allow Corbett to run for a second term. If she does, she is a party to Corbett's previous, current, and future abuse of power in PA.

Corbett diverted attention away from his tenure on the Penn St board and his sluggish investigation of the university where he had a seat on the board. Talk about a conflict of interest.

Then Tommy boy wants to pass bills in the late of night like Democrats did with Obama Care and the NY anti gun legislation. Tommy boy leverage the legislature to vote on the same transportation bill 3 times in 24 hours after it was legally defeated.

Corbett is a faux & country club status quo Republican. He is a con servative. Passing a 2.5 BILLION dollar spending bill to cover up DECADES of neglect and incompetence of the maintenance of Pennsylvania roads is only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the proverbial back smoke filled room deals in Pennsylvania politics.

The problem in Pennsylvania is that everyone seems to know everyone in the same party. That's how come the party in power can do things like control all the hiring not just with budgets but who is hired. Without the "appropriate" politician's name as a reference you will not get hired. This means especially in anything law enforcement related a hire owes that politician a favor. A lot of it's wink wink implied and others are straight out "requests".

This means an investigation on anyone like Corbett and AG will get questioned and impeded because as many people that got him the job he in turn got others a job. Top off the fact that many still consider Penn State the goose that lays golden eggs for them so they won't jeopardize their supplier.

Too much crap is business as usual. Not enough will even think someone should be turned in.

You are so right. But it's even beginning to look like those in opposite political parties are protecting each other for the sake of preserving what's left of a good public perception of PA state government.

Kane could arrest Corbett, Frank Fina, and Linda Kelly right now for fabricating a rape and a witness to go along with it. The "janitor witness" contained within the Freeh report is a complete lie fabricated by the 3 aforementioned state government officials. It was done out of desperation to cover Corbett's criminal neglect to arrest Sandusky. Just google search Ray Blehar and his timeline research pertaining to the janitor witness.
