That's all they stole?

Sounds to me like it's a possible insurance fraud.

Does this person have renter or homeowner policy?

It always get's me wondering this type of thing

So a robber knew there was a flat screen and jewlrey?

More like that's the oldest scam in the book claim you were robbed, make a police report and submit your claim to Insurance Company.

How convienent

my husband got a homeowners policy on a home we did not own, than made a list of items he did not own, than had JUDGE KELLEY rule the items existed all for the sake of making a fraudulant claim on a bogus homeowners insurance policy for $40,000.00 and the NEWS won't touch that I'm assuming to protect KELLEY from the spotlight since the records show he can't keep his dick or his hands to himself and remains on the bench to continue his screwing.

This guy is probably an easy target
I hope he get's a good lawyer he's probably innocent

How can police and the courts taint a case before it even is heard?
You don't see every person that misses a hearing in the paper.
I know people who have done just that including myself and nothing happens except they have the hearing without you big deal so again why target this man???
