The board is trying to deal with the erratic and poorly controlled doings of the builders. Nobody has a crystal ball to determine who is going to sell their property for some builder to come in and over develop without regard to infrastructure. Bottom line; if the infrastructure can't immediately support the development, nothing is built until the builder insures that the infrastructure can support it. I have fought this cause for almost 8 years and the county has made great strides in the right direction, but there is still work to be done. My grandchildren are affected by this decision and I am not happy with it, but there has to be some solid means of determining boundaries. Give them credit for making a decision and sticking with it.

The North/ South Rocky River boundary is fair, but I do see that the Bradford Park residents are closer to Harrisburg Elementary. Drive ins will be inconvenienced
