I can honestly say that I'm not a big fan of Harrisburg Sonic; but, it is ILLEGAL to spit any somebody's food. Also, I have worked there before and the cameras are being used at all times. Therefore, he's not SPITTING in food.

NO. NO. AND NO. I don't know what is goimg on there but service is steadily going down hill. They are so busy saying that spill about Thank you for making their Sonic your Sonic. Then when you tell them that's all, I have had them ask at least 3-4 more times while I steadily tell them NO I don't want anything else. Then when you get it MAKE SURE to check it. It is almost always wrong. Getting tired of it. Quess I willl make a call to their Corp office.Twice this week got home and couldn't feed my family. Order wasnt right.

Its prolly because most idiots don't know how to order and are constantly trying to get free shit. People blame it on sonic when half the time people have no idea what they are ordering people in this town are idiots and free loaders and then they want to get mad at you because you don't know how to do it.

You can call the sonic number I the ticket and ask for the manager or the general manager about your complaints. From what I hear they want feedback from customers so they know what to work on. How can they get better if no one let's them know there is a problem. I think that it is better there myself and the general managers name is on the door.

Firstly, they HAVE to say that and they HAVE to ask you if that's all and suggestive order even if you have already said that's all. They can get fired if they're taking a mystery shoppers order and they say those things. Also, if you hate it so much, STOP EATING THERE. There are plenty of other food places in Harrisburg. Lastly, I'm sorry that you must spend so much money on Sonic food (which you hate) that you have no food in your cabinets or freezer to actually cook for your family. That is just sad. And if your family is going to not eat some type of food just because it wasn't perfect, then they must not be too hungry.

I completely agree. I have worked there before and a majority of the people ordering there seem like complete idiots. You can never understand them and the way they order makes it difficult. "I want a cheese burger plain with lettuce, tomato, onion, mustard, and ketchup." What's plain about that? And the amount of people trying to get free food and drinks is absolutely ridiculous. Especially when they say that have a coupon and then don't have it when you get out there.

For as much as Harrisburg has grown over the past few years...all you can do is complain. Find the correct way to present your displeasure to the correct person...doesn't take a rocket scientist. Good thing.
