Im a young woman,and have had a child and am wanting to tone up. I have a few different exercise methods such as yoga,pilates,and weight lifting eqipment. Can anyone tell me what works the best?

I too have the same problem and every one is going to have different things that work for their body, but I dance and it is a great excercise and tones your body at the same time, good luck too ya
