Leper mingled with other state prisoners
A prisoner with a history of leprosy who had visible lesions was allowed to circulate among hundreds of other inmates at two Minnesota prisons for nearly two months this spring after prison medical staff failed to properly assess and quarantine him for treatment, the Star Tribune has learned.

my fiance is in rush city doc..he informed me of this last night..we are terrified because he has his own medical conditions going on he has chrohns disease which makes his immune system low..and due to the neglect of the doc my fiance and other inmates have been exposed to a contagiouse disease..doc staff has admitted the neglect .. this inmate walked around for 2-.-3 months exposing inmates at st.cloud and rush city doc .with med staff knowing and aware of him having leprosy.. my self and my fiance are in fear of his medical safty now..
