You have a chance to redeem yourself by just stating what I have said that is untrue. I stand by everything I have put here about the subject.

Prove me wrong. C'mon...do it!

. Perhaps you should discuss your opinions in a more public manner. Why don't you run for office and see if you can change the direction it's in now? Sounds like you'd have some people that would vote for you!

Because the bowling guy was in the right and Brandon Roberts took the fall for that one even though he stated he knew nothing about the letter. Wander how many or who will run against the train in the next election? Any takers have stated that they will run against him?

haven't really heard if anyone will run against him. I'd say the whole fiscal court may see a challenge if it comes down to it. We got to face it Wayne isn't acting alone he has 6 people on that court with him that have to vote yes or no and a majority of the time they are right there with him

I am all for progress of the county......in the RIGHT AND LEGAL WAY!! I know for a fact that the Fishtrap connecting road was NOT DONE LEGALLY. Yes, the people on Pompey and Ridgeline Road, etc do matter, but proper procedures are to locate property owners of any property the government is interested in working on or around and properly notify them of such. This particular set of property owners--NONE were notified of anything and when they approached our illustrious county government wanting to know why, Wayne T. out right lied about knowing anything about it. Then one of his right hand men calls and says BLAME ME if you need to blame anyone and now lets move on. And to this day the county still wants the property "donated" to them for a road but have admitted that they can upgrade and use the existing road.

Now, I agree that the people on Pompey, Jonican, Ridgeline Road, etc. all matter and this would be beneficial to lots of folks, BUT Wayne T. either expected a family to give away their property for the benefit of others because HE SAID SO. Would him or any other person under his reign want me to ask him for his garden land for a road to benefit Tom, Sue, Bill and Ann across the mountains?

You talkin about the road up to 3-Points, now to Grapevine I hear? Nobody cared about them people back in 64 when coal was $6 a ton. They hung the road up for years now getting the road plans stretched up to grapvine in order to get it to somebody's coal seam. I imagine the road will follow a coal seam with a 300 foot wide bench and end up next to some of the big wigs coal reserves. I notice things really got going since they got the new coal load out built down at Millard.
No body cares about those people up around Ridge Line Road, if the big wigs can't make any money from it it won't get built.

I agree with you to a point. Every one of them should just resign now with the exception of Jeff and Chris. I'd give Hillman one vote of confidence because he has known right from wrong a few times.

If Magistrates Harris and Anderson's recommendations had been followed, the County would be much better off financially.

Harris and Anderson were the only ones who voted to send a disapproval to the Legislature concerning passage of HB496. That's the bill giving UMG the right to enter into any and ALL deals it wants and refuse to let us know who, what, or how much money is involved.. One of those deals was with the infamous and disgraced Representative Keith Hall.
