Bankruptcy judge rejects TH Properties' borrowing plan

TH Properties was dealt a setback this week in its quest to emerge from bankruptcy when a judge shot down its plan to borrow up to $3 million to complete unfinished homes in several developments.

These two bozos are above the law! They'll get a slap on the wrist just like Fumo and his sidekick, if anything.

THP is going Chapter 7. I feel for those stuck in delvelopments that won't be finished for years, if ever.

All I heard while working there was ethics, ethics, ethics...and turns out that they deliberately skirted the law? Even I knew that deposits had to go into escrow, and THP knew it too. They just decided to "unknow" it when it started going deeply into the red. All the ethics and moral responsibility that had been preached to me over the years turned out to be garbage. What a shame. I wish them luck, I hope they find their ethical footing as well as their financial footing, both seem to be in the gutter.
