A little community service might keep them busy and out of trouble for the rest of the summer.

I agree 100% with you on the community service work for these juvenile delinquents. It appears that too many of these kids these days have too much time on their hands that they do not know what to do with that time, so perhaps it's up to the authorities to start showing these kids how to better "utilize" their time in more constructive ways. Instead of destroying the neighborhoods, these kids should be out their "cleaning up their neighborhoods", lord knows they need it. The neighborhoods in all these cities around Allentown, Bethlehem and Easton are pure NASTY looking any more.
Perhpas if these judges should start putting the kids from juvey out on the streets to do some cleaning and work, since most likely they are the ones who put some of the graffitti and other filth out there. Let them clean up their own handy work for a change.
Most of these kids today have become lazy, they have no idea how to go out and help neighbors who perhaps might be elderly or handicapped and can no longer do chores for themselves. These kids should be out seeing if their neighbors or relatives need work or chores done in these summer months, but instead they are out destroying others property. A true reflection of this generation! How sad for our society.
