Everyone is always sue happy! All the "what if's" won't bring her back. She used poor judgement...and the person that hit her left the scene. Let it go now...and let her RIP.

You are another fool who fails to take responsibility for their own actions. The bar killed her WHAT? Her dumb drunkiness killed her and she was that way by her choice

RIGHT IT WON'T BRING HER BACK, AND KILLING A MURDERER WON'T BRING THE VICTIM BACK, BUT MAY PREVENT ANOTHER PERSON FROM DYING. I SAY SUE THE BAR, MAYBE IT WILL SAVE SOMEONE ELSE'S LIFE.

I did hit two people...it was an accident and I stopped and was not found at fault by the police (the law suit was another story of course...more gold diggers). I was 'allowed' to run over somebody. It was an accident it happened and I have to live with it the rest of my life even though I did the right thing. Walk in my shoes for one day and see how much emotional pain I am still in. Until you've been in that situation, you will never know how you may react.

hitting someone on accident is one thing.... running them down and leaving them to die is a different story.

I was going up the hill on Elizabeth Ave. at Moravian college and there is a crosswalk with reflectors and a sign that says "Yeild to pedestrians in the crosswalk it is the law" and I thought what if they aren't in the crosswalk?
