I really need any and everyone's help out there. There is a certain man whom i won't name because I am trying to keep this as descent as possible, just want some helpful info. He is the boss at a certain mining company. He is very degrading and belittles each and every worker there. The owners have been informed numerous times but choose to do nothing. There have been quite a few good working men that have quit this job because of this individual. my question is can you report this to the labor board? and yes before anyone says anything about evidence, there are tons of evidence that incriminate this man and he either doesn't know or just doesn't care but it's there, by numerous workers who are willing to state the issues. If so, where do i do this? is there a website or what? what do i need to expect? can this be done anonomous? thanks harlan co..stay tuned, i will keep you posted. and hopefully for you bosses out there that do see this, i would watch my back very carefully. remember the golden rule, do unto others as they would do unto you, you wouldn't want your career flushed down the drain in an instant because you were being obnoxious, crude, cruel, and basically an A$$hole now would you?

Every company has to display a equal rights poster, u have the right to work in place free from haressment from your bosses and fellow employees. You will have to file a grievence with your personel people and it would be even better if all the other people this person is belittleing would file with you and the problem should be taken care of.

quit being a p#ss!!!! have your man talk to the boss outside of work. your man must be a real stud to come home and cry because somebody has been mean to him. truth be known the boss probally made his a@@ work and thats what made him mad. men need to start being men and not girly. i want a real man not one that cries about being mistreated by another man

WHAT??? "please help" ignore that last comment. That doesn't make your man any less of a man. I understand he is probably worried he will lose his job. And jobs are scarce around here. But he has every right everyone else does. So tell him to make a stand for himself. No one deserves that. "Lily" that was a really ignorant post. Evidently you haven't been in that position before. This lady wants to help her husband, it's called a partnership. Something you must not know anything about judging by your last sentence. "i want a real man not one that cries about being mistreated by another man." Hmmm, sounds like you're looking. No surprise there. "please help" I wish you and your husband the best. Our miners have enough on their mind when they go underground, they don't need that on top of it. GOOD LUCK!!!

to lilly, sounds like you're a boss that had some bad run-ins with another employee. how in the hell do you think you'll ever get any respect if you don't give it in return? you're probably the A&&hole they are referring to. Sounds like you just need to retire and go on about your business. You def dont have the respect there that it takes nowadays or courage for that matter. funny how you think its a woman taking up for her husband, i didnt see anywhere in that post anything referring to that. maybe its the guy himself, just a more educated kind of man than most of us are used to....hmmmm...and as far as work, I'm sure they are working quite hard or they wouldn't have the job in the first place, maybe not up to your standards lilly, but here's the thing, if you have such an issue with the way a man does his job, why set back and bitch at him and be sorry and lazy when a good boss would do it himself and show the rest of them how it's done...but i guess that goes back to the idiot in you that thinks just because he's boss he can sit on his ass and tell everybody else what to do. your pathetic, and probably the only reason you still have a job is because your either family, or a real good friend of the family.

"I agree", I think you hit the nail on the head with that one. At least this person is out there trying to make a living, risking his or her life everyday. They deserve respect not to be treated like they're nothing. It's a shame those other men felt they had to leave their job because of this person. I feel bad for them also. Sounds to me like this person has gotten away with this for so long that he thinks he wont get in to trouble. Maybe he is related to someone there or good friends with someone. Some one needs to set him straight. And "lily" give respect and you will get respect, be an a$$ and someone will eventually set your a$$ straight.

well, well said, you sound like a boss too that just hates getting his feathers ruffled! Bosses are overrated, cowards, as$holes, ruthless, backstabbers, and gossipers! well, MOST of them are, not all of them, you do have the occasion ones that work there way up and have a more positive attitude because they know where they have come from, but for the others, probably only there cause the family runs the business or daddy is a longtime buddy of the owner. this is harlan and thats just the cold hard truth. i hope someone sees this or turns this over to get the attention of the mine inspectors or labor unions, then we'd see how much of a turn around these so called "bosses" would be.

I totally agree. Most of these young men today don't want to get off their sorry a$$'s and work. They think that their suppose to go to work and sit around all day and do nothing why these older men bust their gut working. These younger guys today going in the mines don't know what hard work is. They've been babied to much. I say put a passy in his mouth, Change his diaper and put his sorry a$$ to bed and stop your whinnin!!!!

I'm just wondering does your husband respect the boss? Sounds like to me he can't take workin in the mines with these other men. Most miners like to cut up and goof off with each other but there are a few pu$$y's that just can't take it. I say he needs to find him a desk job somewhere.

the next time you guys report to work ask your boss to just get on his knees and suck you off instead off making you do the job your getting paid to do tell him your not going to work anymore your just going to fu@k off the whole shift and he cant dispect you for that or you will file a complaint with the labor department or you will quit and file for unemployment
