was wondering this. i missed my court date b.c i thought it wasnt till next month but my luck it was this month and i missed it. ive never been in trouble. it was just a speeding ticket to begin with. i have tried numerous times to contact the judges sect. and never get a answer, have heard different stories on the time to be served and was curious to what everyone thought.

My husband missed his court date twice in a row cause our daughter was ill. But they came and got him cause they put a warrent out for his arrest. I Had to go to the court house and talk to Jeff Brock and they did like a video confrence from the jail to the courthouse so Jeff could talk to him hisself and we had to pay 200.00 in fines for him to get out but he ended up stayin in there for about 4 hours.

You could get 30 day or 30 months-I would be sitting at the Courts door when they opened and explain it in person..

May cost you a bunch of money too.

i've had a bunch of fta's and the first 3 i got out of jail as soon as they took me in front of brock which is the following day.now the fourth one my bond was 500.00 full cash..but if u go to the court house and see judge brock and explain to him what happened you will be alright he is a fair judge..don't let the sheriff dept. pick you up on it though.

If this is a FTA on a speeding ticket, you should go talk to them immediately. He will probably recall your arrest warrant and set you another court date. Good luck. : )

I think it all just depends on how many times you have been in trouble and what you got in trouble for so since he has never been in trouble he should go to the court house and explain he might get a few days.

The judge is to busy for you to speak to him at the courthouse.
What you need to do is go to the police station and tell them your story. I would suggest about 4:45 pm on Friday. They will take care of it immediately.

I'd call the sheriff's department see if you can pay the ticket and court costs before they issue a bench warrant and you have to stay in jail till court day
