It truly pi$$es me off when I spend 45 minutes on a post, and it does not post.

This has been happening a lot to me lately on my lap top. Good job VAIO. I have made several comments about this a few weeks ago.

I am at my city house right now checking on things, and my main computer is at the mountain cabin.

I guess I am going to have to start posting on Microsoft Word, then transfer in the event I continue losing my posts on Topix.

I discussed education, my opportunity to go to law school at one time in my life, but changed my mind to become a geophysicist instead, blah, blah, blah.

I asked the dip$h!t lawyer why uses his zipper when he has nothing inside of it.

I also told the scumbag to look at the bottom of the page, and he can go back to about the year 2009 on here if the idiot wants to read some back posts of mine. I guess he loves reading me, but can you blame him?

I discussed my majors, and where I got my degrees from. Masters in Physics, Bachelors in Microbiology and Economics. From reputable colleges, not from Huckleberry University in Dog Patch, America. I also said that I graduated with a 4.0, and asked the idiot what his GPA was.

Oh well, I said a lot that did not make it in here.

If I post to a lawyer, and he gets all upset, riled up, acting unprofessional, bloviating, mindless, using language like a high school-er, with limited writing skills, can you imagine how he would crumble in a court room under pressure? I'd blow the drawers off him in a court of law.

First off Jimmy I do transactional work. I have never been in a courtroom in my life. I attended the University of Kentucky where I received my B.A. in Finance and I also attended the University of Kentucky where I received my MBA and JD. I am not cracking under pressure, I am just giving you a taste of your own medicine.

You watch a little too much television if you think the best orator is what wins a case. If you do not have the law on your side, no matter how you spin it you will not win your case.

You call me unprofessional but I am not acting in a professional capacity on topics. I assure you I have never had a problem with a client. You actually aren't the best orator the first time you called an opposing counsel an "idiot", or called the judge a "moonbat" you would lose you license.

I have lost 3 members to Alzheimer's Disease. My very close Uncle, and both of my in laws.

My wife's father and mother died a horrible death from Alzheimer's. They were both college professors.

Lastly, I am retired. I worked very hard, in a very professional scientific business. I always had to be proper, and almost nerdish working in geophysics.

Today, I want to laugh a little, have a little fun by traveling, spending time with my wife, children, family and friends, etc...

I enjoy being out of the box per say. If I call a person a moonbat, whistle britches, stinkweed, etc..., the earth will not stop rotating. I would never speak this way in a professional environment.

As for being better off going to U of L, the law school at U of L is ranked lower according to the ABA than that of UK. U of L is ranked 89 where UK is tied for 31. I attended UK because my Dad is a coal miner and could not afford to pay for college and UK was my option because of a scholarship. I am proud to have attended UK. It is an excellent institution. UC Davis really? Why would I move to California? Why would I chose an out of state college and pay that tuition. Sorry unlike the 1920's when you attended school, college cost more than one dollar.
