I think our President is racist against white Appalachian people..I think this is why they are pushing to NWP 21 passed..It is only going to affect Appalachian states. It will not be affecting his home state of Illinois or even Western Ky., or any other western coal producing state..The only ones that I am aware of that is going to effect is Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, Tennessee, and Pennsylvania.
Our Western Coal states do just as much strip mining as we do..So whats the deal????

I dont agree with Obama's whole coalminer crap..But racist is a lil extreme, huh...They are more than just white ppl working in the mines..My husband works underground 6 to 7 days a week and he is black..So I have to disagree..

Yes, there is black people that work very hard alongside the white coal miners. But you do have to agree that the majority of coal miners in our area are white..Calling him racist may be a little extreme, I just don't understand why this will only be affecting Appalachian states. Why not Obamas home state of Illinois, and why not the Western coal producing states?

Actually, it will affect Western Coal companies.
Their coal doesn't burn unless it's mixed with the coal that places like Harlan produces.
It will affect everything, basically.

Maybe it will indirectly effect them, but as far as the bill goes it only includes Appalachian states..

Well at least you and I know what's going to happen....i have been doing my irs tax update classes for work and all my teachers are saying the bottom is about to drop out and soon.
