Killeen hires Shanaa from Heights

this is going to be the start of something nasty between Killeen and Heights, the two cities have usually worked together, but you cant get a quilified employee without taking from you neighbor?

No they can't. They can't even keep good employees because when a good employee blows the whistle on their boss who has commited fraud, the employee is harassed until they quit. And when the employee complained to HR, the racist director turned them away because as stated in a private meeting, "White folk are not protected under EEOC". The last IT director was found of sexually harassing another director and was quietly asked to leave. Since then they have not been able to attract another because of all the fraud in that department. It is truly, the city without morals in some cases.
