Happy New year!
I know there have been 4-5 retaining walls replaced by Centex in the Skipcha Mountain neighborhood, HH, TX. I know of exactly two but would like to find out where the other retaining walls were repalced. I purchased a home from Centex where the retaining wall is falling. I have had experts in the field say the retaining walls built with rail-road ties where not properly installed. No proper placement of the ties to include no drainage. Thus, causing the retaining wall to cave in and your fence to warp. Has anyone else who purchased a Centex home experienced this? What did you do to fix the problem? v/r
