TxDOT funds U.S. 190 expansion
By Sean Wardwell Killeen Daily Herald The city of Killeen and Fort Hood received some long-awaited news from the Texas Department of Transportation Thursday when it announced U.S. Highway 190 will be expanded from four to six lanes between the post's main gate and W.S. Young Drive.

I'm glad its happening to Killeen not Cove, one lane each way for the 18 months to expand, not looking towards it.

Do you think the pea brained planners that put together a 2 lane hiway bypass south of Cove did it to prevent what happened to Killeen's business 190?
