i agree with you someone does need to turn her in she doesn 't need those kids she doesnt love them enough to stay home and take care of them. she puts them off on anyone who will watch them while she goes to the bars and gets drunk and brings men home and sleeps with them. and i know for a fact i have seen her leave those kids in her apt. and go over to the bar across the road from her apt. just to get drunk and get men and bring them back with her. i feel that someone should report her and take those kids from her she dont deserve them at all.
