how many times did you and/or jimbo contact the heath dept. and/or adeq to file complaints on the park to get it closed?
remember, i wouldn't ask the question if i didn't already know the answer.

I have never done anything with the intention of getting the park closed.

Now, Billy, how many times have you and your little group outright lied to the property owners? What happened to the $30,000.00 well we were supposed to get. Remember, the one you did all the research on and got the approval from all the agencies involved. Somehow, once the settlement agreement was approved that same well went to $124,000.00. Would you care to answer that one.

What about the permits that were not needed on the tanks that were to be put on the bathhouses? Did they suddenly change the rules and after we were told we didn't need permits and many paid their assessments expecting water on the bathhouses, we suddenly needed permits and had no use of any bathhouse.

Have you looked up the word "research", Billy to even know what it is because apparently you have it mixed up with the word "opinion".

Please don't come in here accusing me of wrongdoing when there is sooooo much that is yet to be done that we were promised by the time the park opened last March.

Your insults will go nowhere with me. I will stand toe to toe and face to face because you are in no seat of judgement over me or anyone else. One lie after another after another and we finally have some hope to accomplish what you failed to do. Back off now and let 2010 be known as the year that everything turned around for Riverbend Park.

i live near the park and have installed my own well and sewer system. i will be making my opposition to this known. i should not be forced into the city of hardy, nor should i have to hook up to their water or sewer system.

Every summer we came and camped and spent money in the surrounding area. We ate out, bought groceries and fuel, and shopped at wal-mart. All summer, every summer for years. We need water and just because you are selfish doesn't mean we won't get it too.

According to the Sept meeting, the park will be open until
Dec. 1. That would include the pumper truck. That's my understanding.
