"Sharp County will receive four licenses for hard liquor sales.Hard liquor licenses will cost $2,000, and can not be applied for until after Dec. 1. Applications must include a business plan and will be rigorously investigated by the ABC Division. If county or city officials have objections to a business getting a hard liquor permit, those objections will be expressed to the ABC board. It will likely take several months to thoroughly vet those seeking hard liquor licenses."

But the internet says beer should start being sold sometime in January. So just keep an eye out.
