Orleans Dogwood Festival Starts Next Week

In just over a week, the Dogwood Festival in the Town of Orleans gets underway. Friday, April 24th kicks off the festival with a series of yard sales in Orleans which, Dogwood Festival organizer Tara Jenkins says typically number more than 100.
