i live in kentucky and as far as i know this really isnt a new thing. theres a womens prison ("otter creek correctional facility") that is privately run and imports most of its prisoners all the way from hawaii!

Montana always has a real need for prisons in July, they pick up as many people they can, then they tell the Legislatures (there's one in dillon who has no children, doesn't work, lives with his mother, yet he is elected)Crying for more money, then when they get it, Hummm seems they can let them (prisoners out). Funny thing,if you get caught with a cigarrete in prison, you get 4 more months, that's alot of taxes, and I know that the prisoners can go down to their local store and buy the smokes). Also, the molesters and rapers get SHOWTIME!, and you can't even look at them bad, or you'll get locked up for sure. Something is very wrong in Montana..
