Okatie plan looks 'dead,' critic says
After several days of debate, a bill that would grant tens of millions of dollars in tax incentives to the developers of the Okatie Crossings shopping center is "pretty much dead," a leading opponent said.

It was a grand idea but pethaps something on a smaller scale would be better. Kohl's, Costco, a few restaurants. Lord knows we don't need another grocery store or Dollar Tree, nail salon, beauty parlor, etc
