1962 Chevrolet Impala - 62 Project

I remember my Uncle Chewy coming home with this brand new 62' Impala SS. Jet Black with chrome rims, black leather bucket seats with a Chrome 4 sp shift. He let me start it up, with the loud glasspacks and the 409 engine it was kool. I barely reached the Hays clutch and hardly pressed it down. It jumped and died but it was the thrill of a lifetime.

Thought this might be my old 62 Chevy that I bought in 1972, sold in 1976, same similar color scheme, but mine had the '3 on the tree'. Last known location should be somewhere in CA.
